Breastfeeding Services

WIC promotes breastfeeding as the healthiest way to feed  babies and supports women who are having a tough time with breastfeeding. We provide the following support to help moms and babies breastfeed successfully:

  • One-on-one and group breastfeeding education and support with International Board Certified Lactation Consultants
  • Online breastfeeding education
  • Breastfeeding clinics with International Board Certified Lactation Consultants
  • Lactation rooms or cubbies at all WIC Centers
  • CinnaMoms breastfeeding support groups

Healthy Foods

WIC provides free foods that are  high in vitamins A and C, protein, iron, and calcium. These nutrients are key to good health of pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as good health and development of infants and children.

Your free WIC foods will depend on your preferences and your child’s age.
