L.A. Care is partnering with WIC to offer parents and caregivers a FREE 6-week workshop on improving your family’s nutrition and exercise habits. Parents and caregivers of children ages 2-5 will meet once a week on Zoom. Each workshop is about 60-90 minutes long.
