We will also talk about sleep tips so you and your baby can get the rest you both need. This class is interactive, so come learn and share with other parents like you!

Joining the class is easy! All you need is the phone number on your WIC account and your child’s birthday. Make sure it is a child who is currently receiving WIC benefits.
