Mom holding sleeping newborn baby.

Join this live discussion on Zoom to interact with other parents from home or on the go. We’ll talk about how babies communicate so you can tell what they need before they cry. We will also talk about sleep tips so you and your baby can get the rest you both need. This class is interactive, so come learn and share with other parents like you!

Topics include:

  • The many reasons babies cry
  • How to identify and respond to your baby’s behaviors (cues)
  • The two types of sleep
  • When to wake a baby up
  • Joining the class is easy! All you need is the phone number on your WIC account and your child’s birthday. Make sure it is a child who is currently receiving WIC benefits.

Classes begin right away at their start time. Click the ‘Join now’ button at or after 3:50 PM to join the class up to 10 minutes before the class begins.
