Join this live discussion on Zoom from home or on the go. We’ll talk about the importance of eating breakfast and how it prepares children for a healthy future. This class is interactive, so come learn and share with other parents of little ones!

In this session, you will learn about:

  • How eating a healthy breakfast helps children learn, grow strong, and have energy throughout the day
  • How to make a quick and easy breakfast that the whole family will enjoy

    • Joining the class is easy! All you need is the phone number on your WIC account and your child’s birthday. Make sure it is a child who is currently receiving WIC benefits.

    Classes begin right away at their start time. Click the ‘Join now’ button at or after 10:50 AM to join the class up to 10 minutes before the class begins.
