Robin Evans received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from California State
University, Los Angeles and her Masters in Public Health at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Her professional background in dietetics includes being a WIC nutritionist, an
outpatient dietitian and a community nutrition instructor. She has been PHFE-WIC
Dietetic Internship Director since 1996.

Eloise Jenks has been the Executive Director of the PHFE-WIC Program since 1974
and currently oversees the largest WIC Program in the nation, serving over
300,000 participants each month. She has been the President of the National
Association of WIC Directors and President of the California WIC Association.
